Cant Undo/Redo in Build/Buy Since New Update!

I haven't played TS4 in over a month, and today I decided to play, so I started a new game, figuring I wouldn't have to worry as much about any issues, since most fixes apparently won't work in current saved games. I did have a few mods and some skin details CC, and everything was fine until I got into buy/build mode and I realized that the undo arrows weren't working, now I have had that happen when one of the very few mods needed updating, so I figured that was the problem since the new update. So now all I have in the way of mods is MC Commander and UI Cheats Extension v151 , the rest is just skin detail, other minor CC, I don't have any hair, makeup, clothes, furnishings or anything like that. 

But now after I updated both mods, I checked and it was still doing the same thing, so I removed them entirely, and again it was still happening. I then finally gave up and removed my whole mods folder, and tried again, and it is still broken, the undo/redo, which means its just the game, or should I say the update. 

So once again they update the game to supposedly fix some things, and turn around and break the game AGAIN. 

I guess I wont be playing TS4 anymore at all. And now they even have new Kits and a new event coming up, but I wont be able to play the event if they don't fix whatever they did. And with Christmas coming up, they will likely not even try until next month to fix it, IF they even bother. 

And like every other post I have made about a bug, I wont get an email telling me if anyone has acknowledged it or not, ever since the Forums got changed, instead I just get daily emails of other peoples posts, but nothing useful.

    claramj​  Are there any other UI buttons that don't work?  Do you see anything when you click the buttons, but nothing happens, as if you've clicked the right spot but there's no response; or is it like the buttons can't be clicked at all?

    Also, if you have any files in ConfigOverride, inside Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, please remove them.

    As for this forum, you should get an email whenever someone replies to a thread where you've subscribed, and you're automatically subscribed when you reply to a thread.  You can manage subscriptions and notifications, including how often you get emails for a particular type of content (replies, likes, solutions, etc.) by clicking your username in the upper-right corner of the screen and selecting My Settings.

    No it just seems to be the undo/redo buttons, and they are just greyed out, if I click them they don't do anything. I have nothing in my ConfigOverride, I just checked since you asked, but it's empty. Oh and when I say I clicked on the button it doesn't click at all, because it's greyed out like I haven't changed anything on my lot to undo. 

    And I didn't get an email about this response, I just came here to see if anyone had responded, I never get emails about any responses, I have to go here and check instead.

    claramj​  If you place something in Build/Buy, does the Undo button temporarily become active or at least look like it's active?  Redo wouldn't be active unless you'd undone something already.  I'm curious as to whether the game is momentarily aware you've done something that can be undone.  And please try ctrl-Z as well, to see whether the problem is the button or that the game doesn't "see" anything to undo.

    As for the notifications, it's possible your provider is diverting the emails to spam or blocking them entirely.  You should be able to see some kind of history to that effect, or else whitelist the domain.
