CAS not fully loading after update

After updating yesterday, I tested the game with a new save sans mods/CC - no issues w/ anything - worked great. Since the test was successful, I loaded my saves and updated mods/cc back in the game ...
cc or mods removed
crashing
launching
missing content
updates

jaded_hazel​  How are you entering CAS?  Is this a problem all the time, including with different sims, or does it come and go?  And do you see the same issue if you try to create new sims?  You don't have to spend any time on them; just load CAS and see what happens.

    puzzlezaddict​ - Hello - thank you for your response.  I have gone in a few different ways to see if it was just one way vs another. The first time, I went in through the household manager. The second time I loaded into the household and selected "plan outfit" on a dresser. The third time I went in through "modify in CAS" on MCC Command Center and I also tried to create a new save with a new Sim. I also have better exceptions and was triggered when I went into CAS but has come back that I do not have any exceptions that it can find w/ my current mods/CC that I have installed. I have continued to mess around w/ the mods and CC that I have seeing if something happens when I remove some but the only way that I've been able to successfully get into CAS is with my mods/saves removed. I am hoping this isn't a save file bug.
