Hi guys
Our cats and dogs add on is not showing up anymore on our SIMS 4 game - i've tried re-entering the code and it tells me it's already been redeemed but it's not showing in our game, on our library... and if I search for it, it tells me to buy it.
Can anyone help me work out how to reinstall it please?

f1d4be430bef1598 Please contact EA customer support for help. Since you have the product code for Cats & Dogs, a support rep should be able to look up what happened to the content.
I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try a slightly different category of issue. For example, choosing Sims 4 > [all topics] > I need help loading my game usually gives me the chat option, below some help articles. It can also help to set your location, at the bottom of the browser window, to U.S. or U.K.
