Code from InstantGaming already redeemed??

Question

Hi! can someone help me with this issue.
I bought from instantgaming before and had no issue... noooooow i just bought the new expansion pack and tried to redeem my code.... It says that the code is already redeemed & i cant get my money or a new code from instant gaming unless they get a date & a time from EA about when the code was redeemed. I am losing my mind here!!!!

Hi there. I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with this. You'll need to contact Instant Gaming support for assistance. We're not able to provide any details for the code you were given since it was already redeemed on a different account. You would need access to that account to find out more details.
