Corrupted

NeuroSurreal​  If you'd still like help, please let me know whether this happens with a new build in a new save that is never exposed to any mods or custom content.  (Remove your Mods folder before starting the save.)  You can save your build to the library to place it in other saves, so you wouldn't lose your work.

Please start on a blank lot and build from there; don't use anything from the Gallery or your own library as a starting point.  Some builds can be corrupted and stay that way even when placed in a new save.
