Crash
Hi, the game crash in title screen or just playing, I don't use mods. I've seen that it's not just me since the last update, but is there a solution?
Bexear The BlueScreens are definitely happening. I see four in your dxdiag, three of which are access violations critical enough to cause Windows to initiate a shutdown. The other looks like a bad driver. If you want to try to deal with these too, let me know, but I'm also fine with sticking to the Sims 4 issue.
One of the crashes in your dxdiag might be related to default overclocking settings from the motherboard. I don't want to send you poking around there if it's not necessary, especially when there's only one such crash, so please do try the clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver first. But if that doesn't help, the next step would be updating your BIOS, if an update is available.
Also, if you do see another crash while playing Sims 4, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
I'd like to know whether this potential future crash is of the same types in your dxdiag or something entirely new.
I changed ram from slot, and now works fine, but I don't what it is, I don't know if they are from slots A1 and B1, or the ram itself, by the way I did the clean reinstall for graphics card video, but didn't work, only changing the ram works
