Crashing

My game keeps glitching in and out of the intro and not allowing me to press anything. It takes multiple tries to open and it doesn't even actually open. I googled and I followed all the instructions given on this forum.

I repaired the game, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled. I restarted my laptop. I removed the resource.cfg file from my mods folder. I tried to start from a new slate by removing the Sims 4 file from the Electronic Arts file. I just recently checked that my mods are up to date, and I removed any script mods.

See attached my DxDiag, which is something I've seen people on the forum requesting. If there is any actual way I can fix this on my end, please let me know.

    Phanatic1023  Thanks for the dxdiag and for doing some troubleshooting on your own.  To be clear, when you removed the Sims 4 folder from the Electronic Arts folder, and the game created a new one, did you add anything to the new folder?  If so, please try again in another new folder, this time adding nothing to it, not mods or custom content and not any Gallery downloads.

    If that doesn't or didn't help, please open Options.ini, in this same Sims 4 folder, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero).

    If that doesn't help either, disable any apps you use that come with overlays: Discord, Steam, etc.  Disable the EA App in-game overlay as well, under Settings > Application.
