Today, I opened up my Sims 4 game, eager to play. However, as soon as the game loaded, I noticed that none of the previously installed mods were showing up on the screen. I checked my game settings options and saw that it had updated, so I assumed that all my mods would remain the same. Unfortunately, they weren’t. I tried accessing my game’s options settings to enable the mods, but they kept turning off on their own. I even restarted the game multiple times, but the issue persisted. I’m at a loss as to what’s causing this problem. The mods and custom contents keep disabling themselves on their own, and I’m hoping someone can help me fix this issue.
