try again later. FOR THREE DAYS - I haven't been able to get into my Sims 4. THe only thing I get is An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later. I'm very frustrated! and NO ONE has gotten back to me.

I have done all these suggestions and I am still getting the failure to launch. Has anyone else been able to fix it? Is this an EA issue that they are working on?

I'm sure they are not working on for this. I already try to send email to them, they just keep sending me some help from EA HELP which is this kind people told us. Maybe you could try to send email to them either, let they know there is so many people had this issue.
