Sims 4 wont open I've tried EVERYTHING I can find online to fix it and it doesnt work. After I click on Sims4 in the EA App, the game doesnt launch and an error message comes up "Failed to launch game - An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I've been trying for 2 MONTHS!!!! Playing on PC, no mods.
getting the same error. omg been 2 weeks for me. im literally on a chat with tech support now. im so annoyed. ive spent too much money on a game i cant play, and its on a new gaming computer too. make it make sense.

If none of those helps, please provide a dxdiag here, in this thread.
none of these work for me, I have a Mac and not Windows and second of all, I only just installed the game on a new computer and it didn't launch even once, therefore the game folder in documents wasn't even created by the system yet. I'm literally out of options, nothing works, not repairing the game or the EA app, I don't have any mods or cc in because I obviously don't even have a folder yet
