0fcwr5yz6ngw Did you try everything else in the first post of this thread? Every step there has helped someone with this error, so they're all worth trying.
Your dxdiag shows that McAfee is crashing, so if none of the steps in the first post helps, I would uninstall McAfee entirely, then repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair) and try again to play. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe, and if you really want to keep using McAfee, you can reinstall it after you test. Windows Defender is very good for regular use though, so you don't really need a third-party antivirus if you're just playing and browsing the internet.
Here's how to uninstall McAfee; use the consumer product removal tool:

Your dxdiag also lists a couple of crashes of the graphics driver, so that would be the next thing to address. But if you're not comfortable working on your computer, it would be best to try everything else first.
kalifi It sounds like you're getting a different error. This thread is for players who can't open the game at all and get an error from the EA App. Still, please test with a clean folder, as described in the first post.
If that doesn't help, create your own thread in this forum (PC Tech) and attach a dxdiag. If it does fix the issue, you can try loading your old saves in the clean folder. If that doesn't work, create a new thread in the Gameplay Issues forum asking for help recovering your saves.
