Initialization error at start up - 135dec40:c6a38:00000077

I just got this error and wanted to say that I managed to fix it by running as administrator and then got a pop up that said 'controlled folder access was blocked' for the EA App. To fix, I clicked on the notification and then allowed the EA  App access to the controlled folder.

I tried to reply on this thread but it wouldn't let me because it's marked as solved.
