Initialization error: [135dec40:29f00e76:00000084:18a1dd51] 

I’ve tried verifying my files on steam, deleted ts4 cache, steam cache, restarted my pc and I can not for the life of me open the game without getting this repeated error. I also took my mods out before the new update but ultimately I think this new update is what broke my game. 

Please help!

    The issue was onedrive… 😭
