Hey, so I played sims earlier today with no issues, I remember getting off for a couple hours then getting back on again in the same day. before I tried loading into my game I did download a few animations and putting those into my mods folder and then I tried loading into my game it would freeze during process and crash leading to this error popping up “Initialization error at start up [135dec40:598068e4:00000078:37b26003]”. so I tried deleted the files I had just download and I even tried deleting mod and cc conflicts, deleting cache files as well. Mind you I never saw this error before so I was really confused please help me. yes I do use mods if needed I can list them down. It’s just crazy because I was just playing the game I didn’t think putting those animations in my game would do that and I put animation in all the time. Please help! ;(( Is there any way I could fix this without deleting my saves or tray importer?
Cookiesarejuicy This error is typically antivirus-related, so please set exceptions in your antivirus for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the Bin folder they're in. Set an exception for EADesktop.exe too while you're there.
You may also need to repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair).
If this doesn't help, please try the suggestions in the first post of this master thread for a separate but related error:

hello good morning good afternoon, I tried everything I’m currently updating my computer right now so I’m sending this from my iPad, I tried everything apparently I have the windows defender firewall and I allowed all you listed and even repaired my game and nothing has worked, my startup just continued to freeze.
