Cursor moving extremely slow / getting stuck / jumping

When I move my mouse cursor over the EA application and over color options for things in CAS my cursor slows down / gets stuck and then jumps across the screen. I’ve tried EVERYTHING. I already tried...

uvumohi  Sorry for the late reply.  Do you still need help with this issue?  If so, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
