Selenaksantos It sounds like you're not looking at the location the game is using for the Sims 4 folder. As in, you had two folders and removed the one that wasn't being used. Here's how to find the right one:
puzzlezaddict Thank you for your response, I have absolutely no sims 4 file on in my documents, EA APP file, Electronics app file, Library, iCloud. If I uninstall and reinstall the game, it does not regenerate a new file. I have taken a look at the link you sent, ive done all the recommended things, and nothing is working. I appreciate any further help you can offer. . Id also like to mention, even though I have no sims file, when I open the game it still has a long list of mods. These are preventing me from being able to play because of the Nisa Error and to update one of the mods even though the files are no where on my computer.
