I attempted to install again in preparation for running another dxdiag and got "EACerfSubProcess.exe application error" and "The exception unknown software"
Turns out, I was missing a graphics card update.
I had to remove the old NVidia GeForce app and install the new NVidia app. I wasn't aware there was a new application.Since the download of TS4 patch was stuck at 8%, I had to remove/uninstall the EA app again and reinstall. I was able to repair the install and it is able to be played now. 🙃
