EA_Solaire No, I ordered online for collection.
I had an email from Argos confirming my purchase that tells me to keep the email as this is my receipt.
I wasn't given a physical receipt in the store, just the game box wrapped in plastic.
Gotchya, in that case please reach out to live support so they can look over your account and check your eligibility for the extra content.

I spoke to someone on the EA Support chat yesterday. They told me to come back to Argos about the issue.
I have been into Argos today, and as I suspected, they have said it's nothing to do with them, and I need to come back to EA directly about this.
...
I've since spoken to someone on love chat again on the support site, and they have told me there is nothing they can do. They can't activate the content on my account for me, and that I need to go back to Argos again.
I'm just being bounced from EA to Argos and back again, and I'm getting nowhere...
I've bought this completely legit and from all the info provided I am eligible for the bonus content. But I'm apparently not able to get this content that I have paid for because no one can help me...
This is incredibly frustrating 😭 I'm apparently not allowed to access this content in entitled to.
I bought the pack now because I specifically wanted the bonus content...
The support chat agent asked me to come to the forums with the issue as there is nothing they can do, and Argos can't help either...

Hi, I have had the same issue this week. I contacted EA live chat and they passed me back to the retailer, who passed me back to EA. There is nothing on the Adventure Awaits release article that says an additional code is needed, where the pack needs to be purchased from, or how to redeem the items, so I would assume they should just be added to your account if purchased before 13th Nov? After being on live chat for a while and explaining to the advisor that the bonus items were advertised by EA themselves, not a 3rd party, the advisor did say it was a bug and that they would log it as a bug on my behalf, though I have no log reference to chase. Hopefully it has been logged and will be looked at, but who knows 🤷♀️
