DLC not showing up in game

So I just updated my sims game after not playing it for a while, and I've noticed the new update lets you pick what expansion packs you want enabled or what you don't. But I'm not able to choose any of the expansion packs. It says I haven't purchased any which I have. I've tried uninstalling the game twice and when I go to manage my add-ons it says they're all installed, but when I go to my EA games folder for the Sims 4 packs, nothing shows expect for the base game. I've also removed all of my mods and that didn't solve the issue either. I'm not sure if this is from the update or if anyone else is having the same issue.
