ll9x6nin5gpz Do you have the Sims 4 base game installed through the App? If so, that's likely the issue: Get to Work could have been installed into the EA App version of the game rather than the Steam version. The fix here is to uninstall the App version and download only the expansion, not another copy of the base game. It should install into the folder for the Steam version.
If this isn't relevant, or you're not sure, please run a search for GtW's folder. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP01 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then expand the window sideways, if necessary, so that the entire paths to the results are showing. Please post a screenshot here.
