DLC won't show up in game.

Hi! I recently came back to Sims 4 and updated the game after a few months so it might be an old issue, but I can't find an answer to it. I downloaded all of my DLCs, they show as downloaded in the ...

Bunny_Kookie04 Open Marketplace > My Collection, and if your packs are deactivated there, click Pack Selection and enable them, then restart the game.

As for the two Sims 4 folders, the way it works is that one of them is your user folder (saves, Tray, Mods, etc.) and the other is the program files folder (Data, Delta, Game, one folder per installed pack). Hopefully that's what you're seeing, and it's normal. If that's NOT the issue here, please post screenshots of the contents of the two folders. The language in the screenshots doesn't matter.

OMG thank you! Last time I played there wasn't a marketplace, and I didn't know that you could turn your DLCs off now lol. Thank you so much, I activated all of them since all were turned off. Thank you for the help!

And yes, the two folders are as you described, so thank you for that as well!
