DX11 deleted all my mods

Hey, im not sure if this is the right place to write this, but I loaded in my game with dx11 instead of dx9 and i dont use any gshade or anything but i do use a lot of mods and cc. I saw you had to convert the cc to be compatible with dx11 on sims 4 studio but it didnt convert all of it even though i did it in small batches. After i did this most of my mods and cc disappeared from my game but it was still in my mods folder. i definitely had mods and script on in settings. I changed back to dx9 and even repaired my game but i still couldnt see it and when i went into build mode and cas all my cc was there?? but my whole save has now deleted all the cc in all my houses and on all my sims.
