I was previously gifted several Sims 4 Addons via product codes redeemable only on Steam. I have purchased ALL of my sims 4 content through EA previously and have 22 add-ons installed via EA.
Based on what i read in the forum - I needed to link my account and then install Sims 4 on Steam and then i should be able to launch the game with ALL of my addons.
The only add-ons available are the ones installed via steam even though my EA account shows i have all 27 add ons installed. It also shows that all my addons are deactivated. It seems like it should be pretty straightforward and some how i need to reactivate the addons 🤷♀️ but support did not give any clarity on this front.
I deleted the EA app.. re-installed it. Re-installed all the addons. I'm really unclear on what to do and support gave up and told me to post on the forum.
PLEASE HELP.
Hi, click 'Pack Selection' in your 3rd pic's of right side and open the pack selection panel. Then check the pack you want play with like blow pic.
