Dailedra Do you have family share enabled in Steam? If so, please disable it. And please double-check that your Steam and EA accounts are (still) properly linked. Try signing into any EA site, for example this one, with your Steam credentials. If it works, the accounts are linked; if anything else happens, let me know.
Aside from that, please disable your Killer software, which may only be listed in the Task Manager's background processes list. Your dxdiag shows that it's crashing a lot.
If this doesn't help, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Click Windows key-R and enter perfmon /rel in the run box, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at the same time you most recently tried to play Sims 4. If you find one, right-click it and select View technical details, then copy those details and paste them into a reply here. If you don't see an error, check back in an hour or so—the RM doesn't always update right away.
When you have a Steam install, you can only repair the game through Steam, not through the EA App.
33Centralstreet Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the Attachment (paper clip icon) button included with the other formatting options.
here you go thanks again
