ea app says sims 4 incompatible version is installed

Najmaa45​  Are your EA and Steam accounts currently properly linked to each other?  (I understand they have been, but the question is whether something broke here.)  To test, open an EA website and try to sign in with your Steam credentials.  If you land in the correct EA account, you're fine; if anything else happens, let me know what you see.
