ea play get to work

I recently renewed my ea play subscription but I'm not able to download the get sims 4 get to work expansion pack. Every time I renew my subscription I have access to the expansion pack but this time I don't ive cleared the cache and restarted the app but nothing works does anyone know how to fix this.
