Expansion packs say "Uninstalled" in marketplace with no option to download them

I deleted the sims a few months ago to clear up space on my computer. I redownloaded it recently and updated all my mods and everything was working fine until it came to the packs. I have many expansion packs, stuff packs, etc that I've bought throughout the years with the same account I have now. In the EA app it says they're "In Library" but when I launch the game and go into the marketplace they all say "Uninstalled". I've taken all my mods out, repaired the game multiple times and cleared the cache so I'm at my wits end on what to do here and any help is greatly appreciated.
