NNoodles86 Your dxdiag makes the issue, or at least the main issue, clear: your laptop's graphics chip has been disabled. To reenable it, click Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, expand Display Adapters, right-click the AMD Radeon entry, and select Enable. Restart your computer before opening Sims 4.
Your C drive is also very low on free space, and D is somewhat low too. This could definitely cause issues after you've reenabled the graphics chip, so please try to clear at least another 16 GB on C, for a total of 25 free. The Downloads folder is a good place to look for extraneous files.
hayessammi70 Please let me know which of these issues happen in a new save, with no mods or custom content installed. Once we figure out what's the game itself, we can backtrack from there. Please also provide a dxdiag as described above.
