failed to create folder

this keeps popping up when i try to update my sim game on the ea app. i dont have an antivirus, ea app is running as administrator and yes i have mods but i do not think its a mods issue because i havent downloaded any new mods since the pervious update and all of them seem to be uptodate. 

if anyone has the answer pls dumb it down for me i am not techy at all :(
