PalaceHoward2200 The location of the Sims 4 user folder, in your second screenshot, has nothing to do with the location of the game's program files, what the EA App installs and what's in your first screenshot. You do need to create a symbolic link if you want the user files on your external drive, so please follow these instructions:
If you get an error when trying to create the symlink, please post a screenshot of the entire Command Prompt window so I can see the command and the error.
If you successfully create the symlink but it doesn't help, as in, your user data isn't loading in-game, please post the command you used, AND post the location of the folder Sims 4 is reading, as described here:
