I use custom content in the game along with mods but although I thought that one thing had to do with the other, I believe it doesn't since until yesterday I was playing the game normally without it returning, and out of nowhere now suddenly it crashes and returns to the PC's home screen, along with this message from the EA app. What could this be and how to fix it, does anyone know?
Guh2002_FC Do you still need help? If so, please force the EA App to update. Go here:
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
and run the EAUpdater.exe.
If that doesn't help, try putting the App in offline mode before opening Sims 4. This will cut off your access to the Gallery but not otherwise affect the game.
Hey, thank u to reply me, so... Looks like the problem isn't with the EA App because It was already offline one time and the problem still is in there. Some people said the problem might be with the mods installed as a update issue, but i'm not sure about and I don't know how to know which mod it's causing the trouble :/
Guh2002_FC Then the next step is to remove the Mods folder and test. You don't have to save your progress; just let me know whether this helps.
