ChloeLoneWolf Please post the error message. And when you say your "forever world" seems to have vanished, do you mean your save? Do you have other old saves, and do they show up, or is everything gone?
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Yes my "Forever world" is my save. my old saves arent working either and when i try to create a new game the screen gets white then the attached pops up. my drivers are up to date as well. all this started happening after the newest update, i dont know if i should just wait for another update. when opening the game i also see a delivery error. this is absolutely upsetting me im not sure what to do especially if it consists of anything too technical
ChloeLoneWolf I would like to see a dxdiag, as described earlier.
Please also let me know what antivirus you use. You can check under Windows Settings > Updates & Security > Virus & threat protection.
Im currently using Windows Security
ChloeLoneWolf For Windows Defender, please either disable Controlled Folder Access or set exceptions for Sims 4 (TS4_x64.exe) and the EA App (EADesktop.exe). Instructions are here:
https://crinrict.com/blog/2020/10/add-exceptions-to-anti-virus-programs.html
For your missing saves, please see this guide:

If some part is too technical, feel free to ask about those steps. But I wrote it to be straightforward for people who aren't familiar with the process, so hopefully you're able to follow it as well.
The Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag are somewhat generic but can be caused by outdated mods or custom content. You used the "never cc or mods" tag, but if you didn't mean to, and you do have some mods or cc, please remove them.
Still, the first step here is to deal with Windows Defender.
