Game crashes when moving Sim into world

Question

Hello, I am experiencing a serious issue with The Sims 4, here are the details:

I am using a completely clean installation of the game (no mods, no custom content, no previous saves or worlds loaded). I have a backup of my household that i want to keep safe. I created a new Sim in a new game and tried to move them into the world (Willow Creek, game game world). The game crashes every time at the exact same moment when I try to move them into the world (after I create a Sim). I also tried using the Gallery to add the Sim but the game still crashes in the same moment. This happens even without any mods or additional content being used.

I need assistance because I cant add Sims to a world wothout the game crashing, but I want to keep my backup household safe.

Please advise on how to fix this issue

- Press Windows-Key + R- Type: DxDiag- Click on Save all Information.- Attach the Text File to your post

Marianka999​&nbsp; Crin asked me to take a look at your dxdiag, and I see two issues that should be addressed.&nbsp; First, your laptop's Nvidia graphics driver is from 2022, so please update it.&nbsp; You can use the newest release from Nvidia:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."&nbsp; Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
Second, please increase the size of your computer's page file, which is somewhat small and almost all used.&nbsp; Here's how (option three):

Set the minimum to 12288 and the maximum to 16384, and restart again.
