Ever since installing Enchanted by Nature my save game isn't loading at all. Just crashed instantly. I tried to reload my old save file, it loads but after i'm done using CAS the game crashed. I tried to load make a new game without mods and still the game crashing again after 5  mins of gameplay.

Please also provide your most recent lastcrash file, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.  To attach the file, you'll need to open it and delete its first line of text.  Or you can copy its contents and paste it into a reply, but in that case, make sure your post doesn't disappear.  This site's spam filter sometimes removes posts with that kind of text.  If it does disappear, you can click Report on any post in this thread and ask a community manager to look for the post.

I play on the empty lot in the top neighborhood in Everdew and everything was going fine for a while until the game suddenly crashed (no lagging issues beforehand or other signs of it having issues).  Now I can't play it without crashing.  I've never had a problem with the game crashing since switching to a new laptop last year, I don't play with mods, and it's a one sim household.

  • 0z7n6ebi2xxf  Which Innisgreen lots are a problem, and when does the game crash outside of Innisgreen?  I ask because there seems to be an issue with certain lots, but the game is also less than stable in general these days, and there are also plenty of computer problems that can cause crashes.  So I don't want to tell you the problem is the game itself if there's something you can do on your end.

Please also try again to play, and if you get a crash, look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.

The errors in your dxdiag are from an entirely different app, but I can't tell which one because the name of the executable is extremely generic.  I also can't tell whether these crashes are related to Sims 4 or entirely separate, which is why I want to see errors that you can confirm happened when the game crashed.

  • 0z7n6ebi2xxf  What lots, in which worlds, are you playing on, and does the game run better in the base game worlds?  I'm not saying you can't play elsewhere, only that this is useful information.

Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
