Phaewalker Is there any pattern to when the game crashes? If so, please describe it.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Lastexception files can be very useful but also don't always point to an actual problem. Are you sure that this LE was created at exactly the time of a crash? If not, try to trigger another crash and see whether you get a new LE from precisely that point. Something even a few minutes older could be entirely unrelated.
