LeBiscuitDoctor Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows that your Nvidia GPU may have been disabled. So please reenable it. Click Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, expand Display Adapters, right-click the Nvidia entry, and Enable. Then restart your computer and try again to play.
If that doesn't help, please remove your saves folder from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. There's a current issue with the game crashing when certain saves are present:
Thank you so much, it was in fact my save files preventing me from being able to play the game. Now I just wish I knew why that happened, because all my families are in there. Do you know if there's a way to fix my saves so I don't have to start over completely?
