Game Crashing

Hello. My game keeps crashing loading into the actual game (and sometimes on the home screen). I tried updating my drivers, moving out my save data, and removing the few mods I use. Repairing and deleting the cache didn't help either. I even tried setting the app to run with admin permissions.

This has been going on for a while now, but figured I should finally try getting some real help. Game was working perfectly fine before.

Please also update your motherboard's BIOS, if you don't already have the newest version.  I believe this is your board, but double-check the model number:

The newest BIOS is F15, whereas your dxdiag lists your current version as F7 YY, so I think it's outdated, unless there's some weird naming scheme here.  The idea here is that there was a stability issue with your generation of CPU, at least the higher-end models, that was resolved in large part with microcode updates towards the end of 2024.  Since version F7 is from 2023, this could be part or all of your issue, and a couple of the Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag look like what we see when this instability affects the game.

I have already tried that, and still crashes. I thought I uploaded the dxdiag with the original file, but maybe I deleted or or something, my bad probably.

If you get another crash, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
