Game is borked

You'll see that you can make it local by not linking an email or an existing Microsoft account.  Once you've made the account, you can give it admin permissions.  Then you restart your computer, or click ctrl-alt-delete and Sign Out, and you login to that account instead.

cypriano3​  Please test the game in a new admin Windows account, to see whether this problem is limited to your main account or is more global.  Make the account local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account or any email address.  You'll be able to launch the game without reinstalling anything, but your saves and other user content won't be available.  That's fine for the purposes of this test and can be addressed later if you happen to want to use the new account going forward.

Thank you for your previous help.  I have now disable one drive and repaired my game and still I cannot download houses I have built from the gallery.  It would seem I have to uninstall and reinstall the whole game.  I have tried everything else, I have no mods in my game.

I will try the process to see if I can stop one drive.  I know it is that, but I knew that it was directly linked only to the sims.  As for raising foundations, trust me, I have been building in sims since sims 1 and what happened was not normal. I only mentioned the columns, but the windows stayed where they were too. But I will try and see what happens.  Thanks for your help.  here's hoping.  I probably said it wrong, I was trying to raise the whole house

cypriano3​  This message is coming from OneDrive, as it's syncing your Sims 4 data and deleting files that apepar to be duplicates or otherwise unnecessary.  The zoneObjects files in particular only exist in a folder called scratch inside the saves folder, and scratch only exists when you have a save loaded, unless the game crashes and is unable to delete the folder.  So these files are extraneous, although that says nothing about the other files not listed in the error.

At any rate, I would suggest getting rid of OneDrive, or at least preventing it from syncing your Sims 4 data.  How to do so is covered in the first post of this thread:

I can't tell you for sure that this will fix the problems you're seeing in the game, but I can tell you that it's possible that OneDrive is part or all of the cause.  I can also tell you that OneDrive can cause other issues, now or later, so keeping it away from your Sims 4 files is a helpful step in general.

As a side note, platforms are not necessarily going to raise any objects on top of them.  If you'd like to raise an entire room, or the whole house, try using the foundation tool instead.

I get this every time I sign into the game.  Not sure about when these issues have happened.  I have no mods in my game.  I built a house, finished decorating it, saved it to my library and then I could no longer load it into the game.  I ended up deleting it after hours of work.  Then I started a new house thinking it might just have been that one, but I raised the platform and nothing that should have raised with it raised, ie the columns etc.  So I had to delete it, also it made the game unstable couldn't even get out, had to use task manager to end the game.  I have every single pack, expansion, kit all of it, so not happy to spend so much on a game and then can't play it

Please also let me know whether these issues happen in a new save.  I'm not saying you need to abandon your current save(s), only that this is a useful test.
