Game is not loading

I just updated a few days ago and played on the game this past Friday but today it will not load up. I do not have mods. I have tried to sign out and back in to the EA app several times and when i go to load them game it just doesn't load. Says it is taking longer than usually and for me to wait but never comes up. Any suggestions?
