Game is stuck on loading screen whenever I attempt to join a specific lot

I’ve already looked for advice everywhere and done what I could but the issue is still there. The game is fine but whenever I click to either build or move a family in the infinity loading screen happens! My graphics card is updated, the broken mods are removed and script mods are off since the last update. So I am really stuck on what to do, any advice is appreciated.
