Game keeps crashing or forever save screen/load screen

My game keeps crashing whenever I save an apartment or lot in San myshuno in bulid mode in the world manger. I don't know if its doing it any other worlds. I'm trying to make a forever save, so I dow...

ENDBEEZ07​  If you still need help, please test with your Mods folder removed.  Try a new save if you don't want to affect your current one.

If that doesn't help, try different builds rather than the ones you've been downloading.  Those might be broken in some way, especially (but not only) if they're older.
