Game says expansion packs aren't there

Question

I've been having this issue for about 2 months now. It kind of happens randomly. I'll play the game fine one day and then the next, it says I don't have the right expansion packs downloaded to play that save file. I exit the game and repair and all is good. But why is it happening? I don't want to have to repair my game every other day because the game can't recognize all the packs I have. I don't even have that many. Not sure if it's a bug or something with my computer updating and Sims not catching up. Any help is appreciated!

MsMoprissa&nbsp; Do you use some kind of cleaner app that deletes temporary files?&nbsp; Do you launch Sims 4 from its desktop shortcut or within the EA App, and do you try to play offline?&nbsp; And does it help to clear the EA App's cache instead?

This is an odd issue in that typically the game itself won't work, or if it works, all the associated packs load.&nbsp; So the question is what data is disappearing or not being read that affects only your packs.
