MsMoprissa Do you use some kind of cleaner app that deletes temporary files? Do you launch Sims 4 from its desktop shortcut or within the EA App, and do you try to play offline? And does it help to clear the EA App's cache instead?

This is an odd issue in that typically the game itself won't work, or if it works, all the associated packs load. So the question is what data is disappearing or not being read that affects only your packs.
