My packs doesn’t show in game

I have had the sims 4 since it released, and bought almost every pack. My problem is that they now wont load in game. I have had this problem before but have solved it by restarting the game, but now it will not work. The packs are listed as owned on the EA app but when I open the game they are listed as not owned. Help, I don’t know what to do.
