Phaewalker Right, that's a component of the EA App, and normally the error is resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the App.
What do you see inside C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts? Don't search for "electronic arts"; open this location manually. You can do so by clicking This PC in the left panel of a File Explorer window, then double-clicking the C drive. If there is an EA Desktop folder inside this Electronic Arts folder, delete it. If you can't delete it, close out all EA processes (and Steam too) in the Task Manager and try again.
