Game will not start

@Flamerooie  What exactly happens? What do you see? Is there an error message of any kind?

Normally, the Steam game loader will start the EA app which should show a popup saying the game is being prepared. Do you get that, and then nothing happens? (Because that happens to me quite often.)

If that is the case, try killing all the processes called "EA" in Windows Taks Manager (start with the ones with a red icon; the others are just helper tasks that will disappear with the others), and then kill the task called "EA Background Service". Then try launching the game again from Steam.

It goes through to ea app like it is going to launch but the game itself never comes on. No spinning wheel at the mouse after ea app loading finishes or anything but I will try what you said and get back with you

I could not find anything EA related other then steam but when I click end task it wants to pop up again as a window

It works for me if I kill the tasks that I marked in my screenshot (German version of Windows Task Manager, sorry).

As I said I don't see none of that hates a pic after ea app finish loading no game start and those tasks disappeared from.

Is this after you tried launching the game from Steam at least once?

Can you launch the EA app as a standalone program? Press the Windows key and then type "ea", or check if it is here:

      C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop\EALauncher.exe

If so, try launching it before launching the game from Steam.
