I contacted EA support and they said the problem is with the game, not with us. They are trying to fix it and ask us to be patient.
This is the original message:

The good thing is that this has been brought to the attention of the concerned team and they are working diligently to resolve it as soon as possible. I would ask you to wait for some time until the issue is resolved. I know no one likes to wait, however rest assured that the team is actively working on it.
Also, I would ask you to stay connected to the official website and Twitter profile for updates and be the first to have future details.
Don't worry, the team is already working on it and many players are facing the same issue, but since it is widespread it is taking a little longer than expected, but we hope to resolve it soon."
