darkelfgrl Your dxdiag attached fine this time. But I only see one Sims 4 error from after you updated to patch 1.110, which was released over a week ago; the others are from patch 1.109. Are you still having issues with the game? If so, what exactly happens when you try to play, as in, what do you see? Have you confirmed that the settings described above are still in effect?

You may need to manually add TS4_x64, and possibly TS4_Launcher_x64, to the apps list.
