Game won't load

As of one month ago I have been unable to play the game. It gets stuck on a loading screen for hours and becomes unresponsive. I can't even close the window because it's just stuck loading. I haven't had any problems that I couldn't fix before on my own and this is very upsetting. I play on EA and have tried repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. I can get to the home screen, even CAS to create a new family but when it's time to load into the world and actually play I can't get past the loading screen. 

I have removed all mods and CC and not even that helps.
