EConlon1977 This is not an EA App issue but rather an incompatibility between Sims 4 in DirectX 11 mode and Windows 7. The workaround is to force the game to use DirectX 9 mode. Open your EA App game library, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx9 in the command line box.
